 As usual, I got up at 7 on the Sunday morning, because I had to do tutoring and it took me one hour to arrive the student's home. After finishing the course, again I took a bus to get back to school. The time I arrived at school, I had been quite exausted. However I didn't go to sleep at once but to watch TV series on computer for nearly 5 hours. Oh, my god. so tired and a little painful in my head. Maybe I should get a sleep. Tossing about in the bed for ten minutes, gradually I fell asleep. Twenty minutes later, I woke up and couldn't sleep again, just feeling agonizingly painful in my head. What's wrong with me ? A bad cold or somthing else. Whatever, I could do nothing but to try my best to sleep and hope recovery after sleep.

   It was time for supper. I got up and started to eat the noodles. Just one mouthful, I feel disgusted, couldn't swallow anything any more. Again about ten minutes, I rushed to the toilet and threw up badly. So torturing. Tears were fiiled in my eyes. At the moment, I was longing for health, even sacrifysing other things, my study, my money and the achivements that I had made. That evening, I had no sense for anything but knew that I had been sleeping all the night till the second morning.

  Until now, I still can't figure out what caused the illness. But I guess it is because of lacking of adequate rest. This afternoon, I phoned my mum and told her about the incident. She told me that I should take care of myself well and take good rest, eat nutritious food and more fruit. She said health is our priority. Without it, we could do nothing. I quite here with her opinion and I will take mum's advice. Everybody should place health above everything.
